How to Use

1. Open the transparent prism cover.

2. Clean the prism surface using a soft, lint-free cloth.

3. Apply a few drops of the water sample to the prism.

4. Close the cover gently, ensuring the sample spreads across the prism without air bubbles.

5. Point the instrument toward a suitable light source and look through the eyepiece.

6. Adjust the focus if required and read the boundary between the light and dark regions on the appropriate scale.

7. Clean and dry the prism after measurement.
