At Rinstruments, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Original invoice or proof of purchase is required

❌ Returns will NOT be accepted for:

• Used or damaged products
• Products returned after 7 days
• Custom-made or special-order items
• Electrical items once installed or used

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Mention your Order ID, product details, and reason for return
3. Our team will review and provide return instructions

⚠️ Do not send products without approval.

3. Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer
• We recommend using a trackable courier service
• R Instruments is not responsible for lost return shipments

4. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos or videos of the issue
• Replacement or refund will be provided after verification

6. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for manufacturing defects
• Product availability may affect exchange timelines

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
